Dr. Jingjing Jiang is the group leader of the Computational Optical Imaging Research Group, affiliated with Prof. Martin Wolf’s Biomedical Optics Research Laboratory (BORL) at the University and University Hospital of Zurich. She obtained her Doctor of Science degree from ETH Zurich in 2021, where her research focused on medical imaging with near-infrared light, and her Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a bioimaging track from ETH Zurich in 2015. She received the Melvin H. Knisely Award from International Society on Oxygen Transport to Tissue (ISOTT) in 2024, honoring her as an outstanding young investigator. Her research interests include optical imaging, near infrared spectroscopy, medical image reconstruction, image analysis, and machine learning, all aimed at leading innovation to address unmet medical needs and contribute to a better world.
