Busch<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Assistant Professor, Department of Anesthesiology &amp; Pain Management, Department of Neurology, Department of Biomedical Engineering, University of Texas Southwestern<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr. Busch\u2019s work focuses on developing non-invasive and minimally invasive optical tools to monitor deep tissues in health and disease, as well as throughout therapy. He received a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania (Physics) in 2011 and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Neurology at the Children&#8217;s Hospital of Philadelphia, prior to joining the faculty at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 2018. Dr. Busch is currently an assistant professor in the Departments of Anesthesiology and Pain Management, Neurology, and Biomedical Engineering, as well as a member of the Biomedical Engineering and Neuroscience Graduate Programs.
